In our effort to maintain the highest quality of our services, Chosen Health Care Services, Inc. keeps a CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) team on staff. They take charge of ensuring that care plans are compliant with state-set regulations to promote the patient’s health, dignity and wellness. The CPCS team also periodically reviews care plans that may prompt for adjustments if and/or when the patient’s health changes over time.
